Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Logikra Labs offers specialized digital agency services, including:

• Graphic Designing
• College Projects development, consulting, and documentation reports
• AI Automation for Restaurants (chatbots, voice assistants, system integration)
• Custom CRM & ERP business management systems
• Custom Billing & Invoicing software and dashboard applications

Each project is formally governed by a specific proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), or client agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

2. Payments, Deposits, & Refunds

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 30% to 50% of the total estimate) is required prior to project kickoff.
• Milestones: Larger software development projects (CRMs, ERPs, AI integrations) are billed based on pre-defined milestones.
• Refunding Clause: Due to the bespoke, labor-intensive nature of custom software, design, and report documentation, refunds are not issued for completed milestones or work stages once approved.
• Late Fees: We reserve the right to halt work or suspend active environments if invoices remain unpaid past their designated due date.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of final, full payment, the ownership of custom assets (custom code, graphics, documentation) will be transferred to the client. Logikra Labs retains the right to display design portfolios, project case studies (excluding sensitive credentials/proprietary algorithms), and reuse core utility scripts or boilerplate libraries developed during the course of the project.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

• No Indirect Loss: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logikra Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, operational downtime, or academic consequences).
• Warranty Disclaimer: Our services and deliverables are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that software, code integrations, or third-party platforms will operate completely error-free or uninterrupted indefinitely.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
